HeartCode Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Getting Started:
4 steps towards certification:
1. Get access to the AHA HeartCode ACLS software from Life Support Anywhere
2. Obtain LogIn ID & password to get started on completing the coursework.
3. Complete a skills check off with an approved provider
4. Get your card issued from the American Heart Association via Life Support Anywhere
You must have a skills check off sheet signed by an ACLS provider for Part 2.
Contact Life Support Anywhere with your zip code and we will locate the provider(s)
in the AHA Instructor network for you to coordinate your skills evaluation check off.
Take the HeartCode ACLS Skills checklist to an individual competent to evaluate your skills.
[ACLS instructors - Prove your competency in airway management skills and adult
cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR).] Then return the checklist via scan or fax along with a
copy of the Instructors card that completed your check off for you & your AHA provider
card will be issued.
An ACLS card is issued after provided skills check off sheet signed is submitted to
Life Support Anywhere and payment processed.
